Being susceptible, and suggestibility, is pretty important, especially when you're using hypnosis as a mechanism or a means of intervention. The more skeptical you are, or anyone is going to be, the less likely they're going to see any kind of improvement, and that kind of applies to anything in life, anyway. The more open you are to the interventions, the more likelihood of attaining what it is that you wish to attain from the outset. And also, we use charts, measurement scales, as well, in order to assess how people are improving during the course of their therapy sessions, as well.
