Adina is an accredited professional coach, business psychologist and organisation development consultant. With and MBA eq. in International Trade and over 15 years of international business experience (Alcatel, IBM, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson), plus cross cultural savvy (lived in six countries, multilingual) and applied psychology (BA, MSc), she has been working since 2002 as a management consultant and business psychologist. Her focus is on developing leaders, managers and teams to effectively face the challenges of today’s uncertain and volatile global business environment.
Her portfolio of services includes coaching (executive, career, performance, personal), assessments, process consulting and business and HR strategy for organisation development. She has accumulated 2500+ hours of coaching and worked with 700+ individuals in one-to-one and group settings. Adina is qualified in 10+ occupational psychometric tests and several developmental models and tools.
An avid learner and enthusiast of knowledge sharing, Adina is a Visiting Lecturer to international MSC students and member of several professional associations (ABP, BPS, APECS, SGCP, RSM) and serves pro bono on the board of two. She is also a published author, has presented at conferences and spoken on live BBC TV and Radio programmes on work psychology topics.
