Sam Fores provides a compassionate, empathetic, solutions orientated cognitive hypnotherapy service. She works collaboratively with clients in a confidential and supportive way to help them make lasting changes in their lives. Her role is to facilitate change and help people address their anxieties, depression and letting go of the limitations of the past.

I am dedicated to providing effective care for adults who are experiencing or have been exposed to drug and alcohol abuse, anxiety, depression or phobias. I have demonstrated success with clients from diverse backgrounds in one to one settings.

Sam is a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is the leading regulator of therapists in the UK. CNHC members adhere to a strict code of ethics, commit to Continued Professional Development (CPD) and ensure the highest standard of professional conduct.
