Be more focused, resilient and have better relationships.

Mindfulness is essentially the art of paying attention to what’s going on in the present moment. We can do that by learning to listen to our bodies, our senses, our breath, and being fully aware of our actions.

About the course

Based on our three-step model, this six-week course will teach you everything you need to know to improve your response to the world around you, enabling you to be more effective, creative, and composed under pressure.

The course will cover techniques for strengthening your focus, attention and resilience, and developing emotional intelligence and effective relationships.

Why is mindfulness important?

In an information-overloaded world, where we are ‘always on’ and constantly distracted, mindfulness boosts the parts of the brain responsible for planning, creative thinking and working memory.

Mindfulness can also help you become better at regulating your emotions, improve your emotional intelligence and allow you to better manage relationships with others – and it is a better predictor of success and happiness than IQ.
