Justin Tipper

Justin is an experienced leadership and management trainer and coach. He holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Trainer Level), Lego® Serious Play ®, DiSC ®, Trait Emotional Intelligence, and Hypnosis (Instructor Level). He has acted as a psychological consultant to the Isle of Man government.

His 20+ years in business, working with clients in international and high net worth banking, fund management, ship management, e-gaming and the public sector gives a breadth of knowledge of corporate issues and processes.

He has worked in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Europe, the Baltic, and Far East. Justin’s approach is that every client or project is unique, and that people are endlessly resourceful, even in the face of adversity and problems.

Evelyne Riddle

Evelyne has been working as a psychotherapist for ten years, counselling face-to-face and online, based both in London and Nice.

She works integratively using a humanistic, psychodynamic approach and has experience of working in different countries and with different cultures.

She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and specialises in bereavement counselling, psychological assessments and couples counselling.

Lee Pycroft

Lee is a Human Givens psychotherapist and Robbins Madanes Coach. She runs a private practice, delivering in-person and online therapy sessions, while continuing to create and deliver experiential masterclasses and workshops to the public and entertainment industry.

Lee became fully registered in 2018 and works with clients online and face-to-face, delivering therapy and coaching sessions and dealing with clients whose issues range from mild to moderate distress, including anxiety, workplace stress, depression, phobias, trauma and feelings of being overwhelmed.

She’s also been a Solent University associate lecturer, mentoring teams of students and challenging and nurturing their talents and emotional wellbeing.

Nitima is an holistic counsellor who works with an individual as a whole being, working with mind, body and spirit.

Dr. Odette Beris

Dr Odette Beris is an experienced chartered psychologist with a background as a coach, offering personality profiling for selection and development purposes.

Odette’s business experience is diverse, but there is a common thread to her various roles whether that was working as an organisational psychologist at the BBC, or as an independent business psychologist working in the public and private sectors. Her focus is always on improving individual performance and well-being within the workplace.

Most recently, Odette worked as a senior researcher for the UK government, having completed a PhD looking at how emotion and risk perception drives organisational security behaviour.

Pat Capel

Pat is a psychotherapist and Human Givens-trained counsellor with a particular focus on giving children and young adults the skills and resources they need to cope with a demanding world, changing family dynamics and academic performance and pressure.

Pat’s own brand of outcome-focused therapy works particularly well with teenagers, who respond to very clear goal setting and structure. Pat has a particular interest in delivering mental health and wellbeing training within the school context to pupils, teachers and parents.

The methods he employs with young people are effective with all ages and he successfully treats adult clients who are suffering with trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, stress or performance anxiety and those in need of general coaching skills to help their work-life balance.

Karl Bovenizer

Karl is a high performance coach who challenges his clients to set inspiring targets for themselves, for life and work. Pirjo Singer

Pirjo Singer is a psychotherapist and counsellor and has been a key part of our team since 2015. She’s a passionate, empathic mental health professional who works with the BACP Ethical Framework for counselling professions.

Pirjo works to provide a safe and containing space for adults and young people, to help them explore the challenges that they are facing in their often fast-paced lives. Pirjo’s empathy and experience across different sectors helps her to build strong working relationships with her clients, enabling the best therapeutic outcome.

Kathryn Toohey

Kathryn is a Hypnotherapist and Performance Coach with a background in theatrical performance and teaching, both privately and in schools.

Georgie Card is a psychotherapist with extensive experience of supporting people in the throes of emotional distress, such as depression, anxiety, mid-life crisis and relationship issues.
