Charisma coaching

Learn how charisma coaching can help you gain confidence and unlock your potential.

Can charisma be learned?

Have you ever wondered what charisma is and why some people seem to have it? Are we born with it? How exactly do you become more charismatic and gain confidence? Here at Pinnacle, we believe charisma can be taught to anyone. Rather than see it as a purely natural gift thats magically imbued to some but not to others, we see charisma as a skill like any other: a set of simple, practical techniques and behaviours that can be learned and used in your everyday life.

What charisma coaching can do for you

Charisma is often about how we make others feel and how we can take control of a situation. Its about bringing out the best version of yourself. Its the secret ingredient you need to make sure that you can confidently engage, inspire and connect with those around you.

Through learning a set of simple, practical techniques and behaviours youll be able to transform the way you communicate. Youll learn how to harness your hidden charisma, become more confident as a person, and how to use verbal and non-verbal cues to engage and influence others. By improving charisma youll unlock your potential and learn how to make the most of the opportunities that lie ahead.

Who is this for?

Our charisma course is aimed at anyone wanting to develop their charisma whatever your age or background. We work mainly with adults looking to develop their confidence as they navigate each stage of life, but charisma coaching can also benefit young people and children.
“Lots of people think of charisma as a hazily ill-defined superpower. They couldn’t describe it but they ‘know it when they see it’. Instead, at Pinnacle we believe that charisma is something that can be taught – to anyone. Richard Reid – CEO, Therapist & Coaching Psychologist

How we coach it

We run this course for individuals or in groups. Its a 1-day course where we’ll work with you to adapt the core content to suit your needs. We may recommend follow-up coaching sessions if we think its helpful and appropriate.

Journalist, Anna Maxted, in her Daily Mail article describes herself as ‘anti-charisma’ and wonders why as a journalist she can “... ask people questions all day, but as me I can be awkward. Why, after two minutes of watching the kids play football, do I run out of small talk with other parents?” Through attending our charisma course Anna has been able to improve and develop this coveted superpower.
