How we help

Our therapy helps target the symptoms and the root cause of your anxiety. Once found, we can help you deal with your symptoms and triggers, helping us create a tailor-made program for you. Typically, we will use a combination of therapies to treat anxiety including: 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) 
  • Hypnotherapy 
  • And talking therapies such as counselling and psychotherapy 

How we provide it

We offer therapy & counselling sessions in person at our London offices, over the telephone and online. The sessions usually last from 30 minutes to an hour; and our courses usually consist of around 6 to 12 sessions.
