Emotional intelligence coaching
Understand and manage emotions, become more assertive, and ask for what you want in life.
What is emotional intelligence?
At its most basic level, emotional intelligence (EI) is about understanding how you and others are feeling, and why. It’s considered to be more important than IQ in achieving sustainable success.

What emotional intelligence coaching can do for you
Our emotional intelligence course will help you to become more self-aware of the impact that your relationships, children, work, friends and everything in between can have on you, as well as the impact that you can have on those around you.
Learn how to manage your emotions ‘in real time’, thinking about the consequences of what you do, and managing those emotions so that you’re consistently happier and healthier. We’ll teach you how to be more assertive and how to ask for what you want in life. Doing this will help develop your social and emotional intelligence, giving you an energy and a sense of purpose that makes an instantly positive first impression.
“Emotional intelligence is a hugely valuable life skill that many adults don’t have: we think it gets you further in life than almost any other. Ultimately, emotional intelligence helps generate more of the opportunities that you need in life. Part of that is about being able to tap into what’s important to other people and being sensitive to it.”

Who is this for?
While emotional intelligence courses are designed primarily for adults, we do work with young people and children as young as 9 or 10 years old. Regardless of age, we can find ourselves in situations where we don’t have overt power or agency; our response can often end up presenting passive-aggressive behaviour or ‘acting out’.
How we coach it
We run this course for individuals or in groups. It’s a 1-day course where we’ll work with you to adapt the core content to suit your needs. We may recommend follow-up coaching sessions if we think it’s helpful and appropriate.
