Anger, aggressive behaviour and negative attitudes can be some of the most difficult issues that can significantly impact your relationship, how you relate to one another, and create an unhealthy environment.

How we help

Relationship counselling, couples therapy, and marriage guidance are an effective way of getting the support your marriage or relationship needs. With our relationship counselling, you’ll be able to identify and reduce both your feelings and the physiological responses that are stopping you, as a couple, from moving forward.  

You and your partner might not start with the same goals, but we will help you work together to establish an agreed focus. Well do this by blending therapies until we find what works best for you.  

This will help you identify the root cause of common relationship issues such as lack of communication, betrayal, or emotional trauma and introduce positive, lasting changes into your relationship.

How we work

We work with you to offer a holistic approach to counselling and often blending therapies together so that you receive what works best for you. We will help you to identify and clarify the issues you are facing; sometimes we don’t know how to express these problems, perhaps you’ve never articulated them before – don’t worry, we are here to help you find that language. You and your partner might not start with the same goals but we will work together to ensure you work together to establish an agreed focus.

How we provide it

We offer therapy & counselling sessions in person at our London offices, over the telephone and online. The sessions usually last from 30 minutes to an hour; and our courses usually consist of around 6 to 12 sessions.
